Message processing from Consultation Manager
You can switch from Mail Manager to Consultation Manager
to review a patient record, as long as you have the appropriate security rights and a message that has been assigned to a patient.
Either:
- Right click on a patient's message and select Consultation Manager, or
- Highlight a message and select ConMgr
.
From Consultation Manager, you can also:
- Complete actions - See Completing Actions from the Patient Record for details.
- View Attachments - See Viewing Filed Items as Attachments for details.
